Hospitality Supervisor – Join Our New Lexington Catering Site

Start date: Mid September 2026

Lexington is an award-winning contract caterer that focuses on providing great food and service to customers. To do this we need fabulous people and we work hard to create an environment where our team members feel engaged, inspired, valued and enjoy what they do.

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Hospitality Supervisor to lead the delivery of exceptional fine dining and VIP hospitality experiences.

Our Hospitality Supervisor will:

  • Ensure client queries are answered promptly and professionally
  • Lead, motivate, and support front of house team members
  • Monitor service standards, presentation, and guest experience
  • Be responsible for managing the day-to-day hospitality operation
  • Ensure that there is a thorough understanding of all menus and wines
  • Oversee the preparation, setup, and maintenance of hospitality trolleys, ensuring the highest presentation standards are consistently achieved and all food, beverages, equipment and service items are fully stocked and service-ready
  • Liaise with kitchen team and conduct team briefing to ensure business runs effectively
  • Be the first point of contact for hospitality, lead and organise evening events
  • Manage compliance of COSHH, food safety, health and safety regulations
  • Assist contract manager with maintaining hospitality booking processes, stock management and monthly bookwork

Working Pattern: Mon - Fri 07:00 - 15:30, however full flexibility is required between 7am and 5pm

What can you bring?

  • Strong experience delivering VIP dining and bespoke events
  • Must be confident as you will lead team of 10 colleagues and will be responsible for their training and development
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • 2+ experience as a Hospitality Supervisor within fine dining, luxury hospitality, executive dining or high end corporate hospitality environments, luxury hotel, private members club, or high-end hospitality
  • Must be adaptable/ Flexible
  • Ability to remain calm and organised in a fast-moving environment
  • Self-motivated and able to work well unsupervised
  • Previous experience within contract catering / high volume is highly desirable
