Lead the service. Support the team. Create exceptional experiences.

Are you passionate about hospitality, brilliant customer service and making sure every detail is right?

We’re looking for a Hospitality Supervisor to join our team in London and take a hands-on lead in delivering outstanding hospitality experiences for our clients, guests and customers.

This is a role for someone who enjoys being at the heart of the action. You’ll lead from the front, support and develop your team, build strong client relationships and make sure every event runs smoothly - from the first coffee of the morning to the final guest leaving the room.

What You'll Be Doing

As Hospitality Supervisor, you'll be responsible for coordinating and delivering hospitality across meetings, events and day-to-day service.

  • Lead and support the hospitality team to deliver a professional, friendly and consistently high-quality service.
  • Be a visible, hands-on presence during events, stepping in wherever you're needed.
  • Act as a key point of contact for clients, customers and guests, responding to requests quickly and professionally.
  • Help create memorable customer experiences by understanding what people need and anticipating their expectations.
  • Oversee meeting room setups, ensuring everything is prepared to the required standard, including crockery, utensils, refreshments and service equipment.
  • Manage hospitality bookings and ensure booking systems are kept accurate and up to date.
  • Work closely with the Head Chef and management team on menus, event requirements and new ideas.
  • Monitor food quality, presentation, hygiene and service standards across hospitality and events.
  • Ensure kitchens and hospitality areas are well stocked and ready for service.
  • Monitor costs, stock and recharges, identifying and correcting errors promptly.
  • Support stock takes and ensure company processes are followed.
  • Make sure all health, safety, food hygiene, allergen and HACCP standards are consistently followed.
  • Report equipment faults, maintenance issues and any health and safety concerns promptly.
  • Support the induction and training of new and casual team members.
  • Coach colleagues, provide constructive feedback and help the team continuously improve.
  • Organise cover during busy periods or absences and help maintain smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Build positive working relationships with colleagues across different departments.
  • Identify opportunities to improve the hospitality offer, service standards and customer experience.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
