Job Description
Aramark UK are currently recruiting a Hospitality Supervisor to join our team working at Coleg Gwent.

Key Requirements:
- Someone with a passion for the hospitality and food industry
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- A positive and approachable personality
- Someone with a great team spirit
- Ability to stay calm, focused, and efficient in a busy environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Although rare, we need someone with flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and event days
- The ability to speak Welsh would be desirable but not essential
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead on all hospitality bookings including large events and small meeting requests
- Work closely with the Contract Manager and Catering Managers to maintain a seamless and high quality experience for clients
- Manage and coordinate the hospitality booking system to include booking oversight and the introduction of new dishes / offers
- Introduce innovative solutions to continuously improve and evolve the hospitality offer
- Continuously review the offer using client completed surveys and benchmarking to maintain an industry leading service
- Ensure all processes are followed correctly to maintain a safety first approach
- Support with setup, service and clean-down when required
- Requirement to attend sites therefore a full driving license is essential
