Role Purpose
Join our matchday team within our front of house customer facing teams, supporting hospitality and retail outlets across the stadium. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking flexible, casual work in a vibrant matchday environment.
What We’re Looking For
We are hiring both retail and hospitality staff to support matchday operations at OVG East Midlands.
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service roles (hospitality or retail experience desirable)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced team environment
- A positive, reliable, and team-oriented approach
- Basic numeracy and confidence handling transactions
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and matchdays
What You’ll Be Doing
- Providing exceptional service to fans across the stadium’s retail and hospitality areas
- Contribute to a positive matchday atmosphere
- Operating tills and handling transactions accurately
- Following food safety and hygiene standards

Good to know
The pay rate is £12.16 for those aged 18 and over, and £8.97 for those under 18, with both rates inclusive of holiday pay. Shifts are flexible and are scheduled around home matchdays and stadium events.
