About the Role

As a Hospitality Ticketing Executive (Casual Matchday Role), you will play an important part in delivering an exceptional experience for guests attending Fulham Football Club on matchdays.

This is a casual position, with shifts available on home matchdays and selected event days only. The role offers flexible, ad hoc work and is ideal for individuals looking for occasional employment in a fast-paced sporting environment.

Working from the Hospitality Ticket Office, you will predominantly support hospitality guests while also acting as the first point of matchday support for guests attending through the Club's Authorised Resellers and Group Bookings. From ticketing enquiries and digital ticket support to stadium access and general matchday assistance, you will help ensure every guest receives a friendly, professional and welcoming service from arrival through to kick-off.

Working closely with the Hospitality Sales, Service, Ticketing, Matchday Operations and Security teams, you will help create a smooth and enjoyable experience for every guest visiting Craven Cottage on matchdays.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
