Become a vital part of our exceptional customer experience at our flagship dealership in Stockport. As the first face customers see when they enter, you will play a crucial role in welcoming and guiding visitors, creating a welcoming environment that reflects our commitment to quality service.
Your responsibilities will include greeting customers with a friendly demeanor, directing them to the appropriate departments, and providing them with information about our vehicles and services. You will ensure that guests feel valued and help foster long-lasting relationships between our brand and the community.

Key Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome customers and provide them with an overview of our services
- Assist customers with inquiries, ensuring they have all necessary information
- Maintain an organized and inviting reception area
- Schedule appointments and manage customer flow efficiently
- Collect feedback to improve the overall customer experience
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in the automotive or hospitality sector
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- A positive attitude and a proactive approach to customer engagement
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems are an advantage
