ABOUT YOU

We are looking for a passionate and guest-focused Host to become a valued member of our outstanding Straits Kitchen & Bar team at Pan Pacific London.

JOB SUMMARY

As a Host in our Straits Kitchen Restaurant team, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, creating a warm, gracious and genuine welcome from the moment they arrive. You will manage reservations and seating, escort guests to their tables and ensure their dining experience begins smoothly and reflects Pan Pacific London’s refined standards of service. You will work closely with the Restaurant Management and Food & Beverage team to anticipate guest needs, accommodate special requests, maintain an organised and welcoming restaurant environment, and support the team during busy service periods. You will also assist with reservations, guest enquiries, MICROS and cashiering procedures, ensuring accuracy, efficiency and consistently high standards throughout the operation.   • Welcome and escort guests with warm, gracious and genuine hospitality, reflecting Pan Pacific London’s luxury service standards.
  • Manage reservations, seating plans and special requests with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Anticipate guest needs and deliver personalised service in line with Forbes and LQA standards.
  • Maintain detailed knowledge of menus, beverages, restaurant layout and daily offerings to confidently assist guests.
  • Ensure the Host/ess stand and restaurant environment are immaculate, organised and presented to luxury standards.
  • Support the F&B team during service, maintaining seamless communication and consistently high standards of guest experience.
