Lithia Jaguar Knightsbridge

Host

Competitive salary, pension, life assurance, 33 days holiday (including bank holidays), exclusive company discounts on used car purchases, leasing deals, and aftersales services.

As a Host at Jaguar, you’ll be the welcoming face and confident voice of our dealership - the very first person our customers meet, and the one who sets the tone for their entire experience. You’ll create a positive first impression from the moment a visitor walks through the door or picks up the phone, making sure every interaction feels effortless, friendly, and professional.

You’ll be at the heart of the showroom’s daily operations, supporting the customer journey from start to finish. That means greeting visitors with confidence, understanding the reason for their visit, and ensuring they’re introduced to the right specialist quickly and smoothly.

In this role, every day is different. You’ll manage phone calls, walk-in customers, enquiries, updates, and team coordination, all while maintaining a calm, polished, and welcoming approach. It’s a fast-paced, customer-centric position that gives you real influence over the customer experience and the flow of the dealership.

Your Journey as a Host:

  • Giving every visitor a warm, attentive welcome and supporting them throughout their visit in a friendly, thoughtful, and polished manner
  • Handling telephone inquiries with professionalism, establishing their needs to ensure they are connected to the correct department/team member first time
  • Maintaining immaculate customer-facing spaces, ensuring our showroom, waiting areas, and reception always look their best
  • Managing the dealership diary, updating records, and supporting the team with general administrative duties that help our site run smoothly

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
