Make your mark at one of the biggest names in payments. We’re looking for a Product Manager to join our ever-evolving Hosted Experience team and help shape the future of global commerce. In this role, you’ll have responsibility for our Hosted Platform - the delivery engine of our Hosted product suite. Working closely with architecture, development, product and user experience teams. The platform is key to delivering a world class set of hosted assets across payments and more.
What You’ll Own
- You’ll be the go-to partner for your client portfolio, building strong, trusted relationships through a caring, client-first approach.
- You’ll advise clients on the right Global Payments products for them, being curious and taking the time to really understand their needs.
- You’ll take ownership of retention performance, proactively spotting at-risk accounts and acting early to protect and grow relationships.
- You’ll lead key account conversations, using insights for account reviews, pricing requests, and negotiations that deliver the right outcomes for clients and the business.
What You Will Be Doing
You will be the Product Manager responsible for our Hosted Platform - primarily focused on Hosted Payment integrations, but also delivering for other Hosted use cases, including Marketplaces. You will develop a deep understanding of the products that sit on the platform, building a strong vision for it, and creating opportunities to innovate whilst delivering incremental value.

Specifically, You Will
- Own the roadmap for the Hosted Platform, ensuring it delivers for all the products that live on it.
- Work closely with Architects, User Experience and Product Management to understand, articulate and communicate vision and value of the platform.
- Ensure the platform meets the requirement of individual products, whilst also ensuring consistency across the product set.
- Platform ownership includes responsibility for the frontend library, accessibility, compliance & mandates, security, best in class UX, customisation, localisation, performance, resilience.
- Champion our vision and working principles in your interactions with Business Units across the organisation.
- Be comfortable bridging the gap between technology and the business.
- Work closely with the business to understand requirements and the business drivers behind them.
- Work closely and collaboratively with Agile delivery squads, defining requirements using business examples.
- Understand and define key questions / decisions and identify the research or analysis that supports resolution.
- Manage stakeholders to secure agreement and alignment.
- Managing key vendor relationships.
What You’ll Bring
- Product management / business analysis skills and experience.
- Project management skills; ability to prioritize and complete tasks.
- Effective presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent skills in communicating ideas both verbally and in written form in a clear, concise and professional manner.
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management in an organized, professional manner.
- Team skills, including ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all levels within organization, internally and externally.
- Strong problem-solving skills and innovative thinking to navigate challenges and resolve.
