About Bluebell View
Bluebell View is an 80 bed care home in Oswestry, Shropshire, providing residential, nursing and residential dementia care. Our dedicated team works together to deliver high quality, person centred care, supporting residents to live with dignity, independence and comfort in a welcoming environment.
Hostess Contract
- £14.80 - £15.30ph per hour
- Contracted to 44hrs hours per week
- Paid DBS, pension, uniform provided
- 5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full time contract)
Role Overview
As Hostess, you will play a key role in creating a warm, welcoming and well organised dining experience. This is a front facing role where your attention to detail and friendly approach will help ensure every mealtime feels enjoyable, relaxed and well managed.
You will oversee the day to day presentation and smooth running of dining areas, supporting residents and visitors while maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety and service. From preparing the dining environment to serving refreshments and supporting mealtimes, your role will contribute directly to comfort, routine and overall wellbeing.

- Previous customer service experience is beneficial but not essential
