About The Job
We are looking for sales-driven, enthusiastic, and service-oriented Hostess and Membership Sales Representative to join our team during our showroom events. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys client interaction, and is motivated by delivering exceptional service and driving in-person membership sales.

Your designated workdays will be from Wednesday to Saturday, with occasional Tuesdays scheduled as needed.
Key Responsibilities
Membership Sales
- Confidently present and promote Arlettie memberships on-site, clearly communicating the benefits to convert visitors into Members or VIPs.
Client Check-In & Flow
- Manage guest entry by scanning invitations, verifying access and ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in process.

- Provide excellent customer service to guests, addressing any inquiries or concerns with professionalism and patience.
Profile
Qualifications, Skills, And Experience
- Sales-driven mindset with strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Motivated by achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Confident, energetic, and persuasive communicator, capable of converting interest into memberships.
- Organised, reliable and able to perform under pressure in fast-paced settings.
- Fluent in English (other languages are a plus).
