POSITION SUMMARY
As a Host/Hostess at NAC, you’ll be the first point of contact for our guests, creating a welcoming atmosphere and managing the flow of seating to ensure a memorable dining experience. This role requires warmth, excellent communication skills, and a genuine enthusiasm for hospitality.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, creating a welcoming and inviting atmosphere.
- Efficiently manage reservations and walk-ins, ensuring optimal table assignments.
- Communicate effectively with guests, managing expectations around wait times and seating arrangements.
- Collaborate closely with the floor team to ensure seamless guest experience.
- Maintain accurate and organised reservations using our booking systems.
- Provide attentive, personable service, swiftly addressing guest inquiries and concerns.
- Uphold the highest standards of appearance, cleanliness, and professionalism at the reception area.
- Comply with all company policies and hygiene standards.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Previous experience as a Host/Hostess or similar customer-facing role in a high-end hospitality environment.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly, engaging personality.
- Ability to stay calm, organised, and professional under pressure.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- A proactive team player who fosters positivity and collaboration.
- Knowledge of reservation management systems, SevenRooms is preferred.
