Company Description

We are looking for an experienced Host/Hostess to join the team and assist with the restaurant & Champagne Bar.

Located within the iconic St Pancras International Station, St Pancras Brasserie by Searcys is home to the longest Champagne bar in Europe and offers the ideal escape to sit back and soak up the charm of the magnificent station.

Job Description

Job Type: Full Time

Hourly Rate: £15.50

We are looking for an experienced Host/Hostess to assist in the day-to-day running of the Brasserie and Champagne Bar. As a Searcys Receptionist you will be required to greet all guests and take reservations by ensuring all information is captured and correct.

We are looking for someone who is flexible on start times as you would start as early as 9am and the latest finish will be 11pm. The role is for an immediate start.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience within the hospitality industry, preferably in fine dining or upscale restaurants.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests, staff, and management.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in reservation management software and basic computer skills.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage service procedures, including wine service and menu presentation.
  • A professional demeanor and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
