Le Café NAC Host/Hostess
Le Café NAC, all-day dining concept in Belgravia, is looking for an exceptional Host/Hostess to join our front-of-house team. This exciting venue offers French-inspired food and drinks with global influences, all served in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere in one of London’s most vibrant neighbourhoods.
Le Café NAC is a key part of BVC Hospitality, which operates a portfolio of innovative, globally recognised food concepts including NAC, Crème, 74 Duke, and Supernova. Position Summary
As a Host/Hostess at Le Café NAC, you’ll be the first point of contact for our guests — creating a warm, professional, and memorable welcome from the moment they walk through the door. You’ll manage reservations and walk-ins, coordinate seating to optimise both guest experience and service flow, and ensure every diner begins and ends their visit with genuine hospitality. This is the perfect role for someone who thrives on people-focused interactions, has impeccable organisation, and loves creating a smooth and elegant dining journey.

Key Responsibilities
Guest Experience & Welcome
- Greet and seat all guests with warmth, style, and professionalism.
- Manage reservations and waitlists with efficiency and clarity.
- Provide accurate wait times and communicate proactively with guests.
- Anticipate guest needs, ensuring everyone feels valued and cared for from arrival to departure.
Coordination & Communication
- Liaise closely with the waiting and management team to optimise table turns while maintaining an excellent guest experience.
- Assist with special requests (allergies, celebrations, large groups) and ensure seamless execution.
- Keep service flow smooth during peak hours through clear and confident communication.
Cleanliness & Presentation
- Maintain an immaculate front desk and entrance area.
- Ensure menus, reservation books, and guest materials are always guest-ready.
- Support in opening and closing procedures as required.
Brand Representation
- Embody the Le Café NAC spirit – stylish, composed, welcoming, and knowledgeable.
- Share enthusiasm for our food, drinks, and atmosphere with authenticity.
- Contribute to creating an inviting and elegant dining environment.

Key Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Host/Hostess in a premium or high-volume hospitality environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine love for guest service.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to multitask under pressure.
- Confident handling reservations, booking systems, and guest interactions.
- A calm, friendly presence who thrives in a dynamic team setting.
- Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
