(Due to the nature of this role we will only be accepting Female applicants. The role is to maintain the cleanliness of the female changing rooms within the club and to undertake basic reception duties)
We are currently looking for exceptional people to join our team and have a great opportunity for a Leisure Club Assistant.
About the Role
As a Leisure Club Assistant, you will be expected to support the team with all aspects of the day-to-day operations of the facilities. You will supervise users of the facilities and provide assistance to guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide information to guests about available recreation facilities and activities. Promote a fun and relaxing atmosphere for guests.
- Reception duties
- Maintain the fitness center cleanliness and supply, including wiping down machines, taking towels to laundry and removing rubbish. Maintain an adequate supply of cups and water in recreation area.
- Obtain, fold, and stack towels according to company procedures. Distribute lockers and towels to guests.
- Conduct inventory of supplies, materials, and equipment and inform supervisor/manager of low supply items.
- Promote the rules and regulations of the recreation facility intended for the safety and welfare of guests and members.
- Provide assistance to injured guests until the arrival of emergency medical services.
- Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager; complete safety training and certifications.

Requirements
- Applicant must be 18 or over
- To be passionate about delivering great service and be guest focused
- Previous experience in a guest facing role
- A passion for spa and wellness
- Attention to details and ability to multitask duties
- Flexibility to work varied hours to include evenings and weekends
- Experience with handling guests queries and complaints
- To be willing to learn new things and work as part of a wide hotel team
