Hot Tub Assistant - 20 hours per week

Monday, Friday & Sunday – Part-time / Permanent position

About The Role

As a Hot Tub Assistant, you will play a vital role in our team, ensuring that our onsite hot tubs are clean, hygienic, and operating smoothly for our visitors. Under the supervision of the Maintenance Manager, you'll perform your duties to an exceptional standard, providing excellent customer service and upholding the highest health and safety standards.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Drain, clean, and refill hot tubs to a high standard, ensuring readiness for incoming guests.
  • Conduct water testing up to three times daily when required, maintaining compliant levels for safe guest use.
  • Complete and file all required water testing records and maintenance logs.
  • Handle and store hot tub chemicals safely, in line with COSHH regulations.
  • Report any faults, issues, or concerns to the Maintenance Manager promptly.
  • Adhere to all company health and safety procedures.
  • Support the wider maintenance team when needed, with a flexible and proactive approach.
  • Other ad-hoc duties as required by the park.

What We’re Looking For

  • A clean driving license is preferred
  • Ability to work set working pattern with some flexibility is essential
  • Good attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
  • A basic understanding of health and safety best practices (training provided).
  • Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in all weather.
  • Previous experience in maintenance, facilities, or hot tub servicing is desirable and would be an advantage.
  • Training in hot tub operation and water testing can be provided through our professional provider, Johnsons.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Positive, approachable, and professional attitude.
