Away Resorts are shaking up the industry and setting the new standards for what to expect from a UK Holiday Park. With 27 parks and resorts around the UK now, our Flagship Resort Tattershall Lakes, is jaw dropping not only in its size but also what it offers our Guests.
We are famous for our Accommodation, and with that comes our hot tubs in our exclusive units you will only find at Away Resorts. However, what really makes us special is our Team of people working to make our guests experience be the best it can be. We are a growing business and are now looking for a Hot Tub Manager to lead and manage our team of 12 hot tub assistants. We are a supportive bunch, and full training will be provided.

What You Will Be Doing
This is a hands-on role where you will be required to work outside in all weathers. Working as part of our team of holiday heroes, you will be managing a team of heroes helping to look after all our hot tubs on site. You will make sure that our hot tubs comply with the required policies, ensure that the water levels are correct and safe and that the team are working effectively and efficiently.
Skills, Experience, And Qualities You Will Need.
We will provide training, but you must:
- Have a high standard for cleanliness and presentation.
- Have experience of leading and developing a team of people.
- Have a friendly and helpful attitude.
- Have a passion for developing and improving your team.
- Excellent understanding of health & safety and the importance of compliance with H&S guidelines.
- Be open to learning.
- Driving Licence is necessary.
- Take pride in your role and truly lead by example.
Nice To Have But Not Essential.
It would be great if you tick some of these boxes too (but we will not hold it against you if you do not):
- Experience of hot tub operation and servicing.
And who knows what else you may find yourself doing. If you are happy to help even when it is ‘not your job,’ you are our sort of person.
