Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

Personality and potential are top of our hiring wish list, but experience in a customer-facing hospitality job would make you a strong candidate. We need people who are open, welcoming and who know what great customer service looks like - the kind of person you'd like to meet after a long day of travelling!

You'll be working across the front-of-house operations of the hotel. This will include checking guests in and out at Reception, running the breakfast service, helping set up meeting rooms, and work the bar and restaurant. A great telephone manner is essential and you'll need to be confident using a computer. As we're one big team, you can expect to turn your hand to whatever's needed to ensure our guests have a great stay. You could be working a mix of midweek, weekend, early and late shifts for flexibility in your schedule would be a big advantage. As you'll be serving alcohol, we do require applicants to be 18 years of age or older.
