Full-time position, 40 hours

Your role in our family:
- Greet guests and open doors for arriving and departing guests with a warm, friendly welcome
- Keep the forecourt, entrance and lobby areas tidy and presentable at all times
- Assist guests with luggage and offer directions and information about the hotel
- Park, retrieve and manoeuvre guest vehicles with care, keeping keys secure at all times
- Arrange taxis for guests and visitors and help with any transport needs
- Respond to guest queries and requests, resolving complaints promptly and following up where needed
- Cover night shifts on occasion and support the wider Front Office team as required

What we're looking for:
- Previous experience in a similar front of house or guest-facing role, ideally within a luxury hotel
- A full, valid driving licence for parking and retrieving guest vehicles
- Excellent guest service skills with a warm, courteous and professional manner
- Ability to stay calm and attentive, even during busy periods
- Flexibility to work shifts including evenings, weekends, bank holidays and occasional nights
- Good knowledge of the hotel's facilities and local area to assist guests confidently
