Qualifications & Experience
- Previous experience in a customer service, hospitality, retail, or guest-facing role.
- Experience dealing with customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working towards KPI targets and encouraging guest survey participation.
- A willingness to learn and follow company procedures and standards.
- Previous hotel, accommodation, or front office experience is desirable but not essential.
