The Golden Jubilee Conference Hotel is a 4-star Hotel and Conference Centre comprising 170 bedrooms and 15 conference spaces. It is Scotland’s leading residential conference venue, an accredited Venue of Excellence and a member of the International Association of Conference Centres.
About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Front Office Night Supervisor to join our Front Office Team, primarily overseeing the Night Operations.
Responsibilities
- Reporting to the Front Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing nightly operations for the entirety of Front Office areas including reception, reservations, night audit, and transport, as well as general night duties for the hotel as a whole.
- Supervise, support, and motivate the Front Office team and ensure all daily tasks and procedures are completed to standard.
- Identify training needs and support the Front Office Hosts' continued training and development, as well as taking the lead on welcoming any new team members.
- Ensure excellent service is offered to all guests, visitors, patients, and clients, promoting this within the team while handling and resolving any requests and feedback.
- Support the management team with departmental Health and Safety responsibilities, reporting any issues and participating in monthly audits, checks, and reviews.
- Act as the Night Duty Manager leading the night-time Emergency & First Aid response.

Requirements
- The role requires the ability to be flexible, have good organizational and communication skills, and have excellent problem-solving skills.
- A proven track record of working in a busy environment where changes and competing priorities are a daily challenge is essential.
- A full driving license is required for this role.
Job Details
- This full-time post will involve working 4 days from 7 and while primarily working night shift hours of 2100-0700, occasional daytime working will be required.
- NHS Golden Jubilee is open to considering flexible working options for this role.
