We’re Hiring: Hotel General Assistant – Isle of Skye, Scotland
TA Scotland Ltd is looking for a friendly, flexible and hardworking Hotel General Assistant to join our small team on the beautiful Isle of Skye.
This is a varied, hands-on hospitality role, ideal for someone who enjoys working in a friendly environment where no two days are the same.
Our company specialises in guided tours across Scotland in different languages through our brands ViajarPorEscocia.com, LochNessBus.com and ScoziaTour.com.

About the role
As part of our small hotel team, you will support the day-to-day running of the property across a range of areas, including:
- Housekeeping and room cleaning
- Breakfast preparation and service
- Food & beverage service
- Reception, including guest check-ins and check-outs
- Front of House support
- Guest relations and customer service
- General hotel operations
- Basic maintenance and handyman tasks
- Minor repairs and general upkeep
About you
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Friendly, professional and approachable
- Flexible and willing to get involved
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a small team
- Proactive and able to use their initiative
- Confident speaking English
- Spanish and/or Italian speaking is highly desirable
- Previous hospitality experience is preferred, but not essential
