Position: Hotel General Manager
Salary: £up to £75k
Location: Milton Keynes

Hotel Management, 4 star, 130+ bedrooms, extensive leisure, spa and conference facilities
About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our team and manage the daily operations of our hotel.

Responsibilities
- Oversee the front desk operations
- Manage staff and ensure high levels of customer service
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operations
- Handle guest complaints and feedback
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Required Skills
- Strong leadership and management skills

Preferred Skills
- Experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry
- Knowledge of hotel management software
