General Manager – Old Bridge Hotel, Holmfirth
Location: Holmfirth, West Yorkshire
The Old Bridge Hotel is a characterful, recently renovated hotel in the heart of picturesque Holmfirth, situated alongside the River Holme and close to the Picture drome Independent Theatre.
With comfortable bedrooms, a busy bar and restaurant, beautiful outdoor spaces and a strong reputation for warm Yorkshire hospitality, we’re looking for an experienced General Manager to lead the team and drive the hotel forward.
Role Overview
As General Manager, you’ll take overall responsibility for the day-to-day operation, commercial performance, guest experience and team, leading from the front and creating a culture where both our guests and people thrive.

What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for an experienced hospitality leader who:
- Has proven experience in a General Manager, Hotel Manager or senior hospitality role.
- Is commercially focused with a strong understanding of budgets and profitability.
- Inspires, develops and leads teams by example.
- Has a genuine passion for hospitality, food, drink and guest experience.
- Is hands-on, energetic, organised and confident.
- Wants to make a real impact and put their own stamp on a fantastic hotel.
