Key Responsibilities
- Multi-outlet oversight: Driving food quality, consistency and presentation across fine dining, casual restaurants, bars, private events and room service
- Team Leadership: Leading, mentoring and scheduling a large kitchen brigade fostering talent and managing staff retention
- Menu Development: Designing seasonal, high-end menus, balancing creativity with local sourcing and brand standards
- Financial Management: Controlling food costs, hitting gross profit target, managing stock rotation and handling kitchen labour budgets
- Compliance & Safety: Maintaining top tier hygiene, health and safety and food safety standards such as HACCP and local regulations

Key Skills, Qualities & Experience

- Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a high end modern British restaurant
- Possess a minimum of 3 years in a similar role
- Be detailed oriented and able to drive standards
- Have strong communication skills with different stakeholders
- Have up to date knowledge on all levels of HACCP and kitchen management
- Be strong at building relationships and working closely with front of house teams and other hotel departments
