We are working with an exciting luxury boutique hotel opening in Central London and are looking for a talented Hotel Manager to join the team ahead of launch. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a new concept that sits outside of the traditional luxury hotel space. This is a creative, design-led luxury environment where personality, individuality, and exceptional guest experiences are at the heart of everything they do. We are looking for someone who is professional, presentable, and highly guest-focused, but who also brings energy, personality, and an outgoing approach. Someone who enjoys being visible, engaging with guests, supporting their team, and creating memorable experiences.

Important

This role is looking for someone who can start as soon as possible. Due to the timing of the opening, the maximum notice period we can consider is 1 month.

Please only apply if you are immediately available or have a notice period of 1 month or less.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
