Le Manoir aux Quat'Saisons is entering one of the most important chapters in its history. As we prepare to reopen, we are looking for an exceptional Hotel Manager to help translate our vision into every aspect of the guest and colleague experience. This is not simply an opportunity to join an established luxury hotel; it is a chance to help shape how one of the world's most celebrated properties will be experienced for the next generation.

Working closely with the General Manager and Executive Team, you will be a highly visible leader across the hotel. You will bring together people, service and operations, creating a culture in which exceptional standards are delivered with warmth, generosity and genuine personality.

You will play a central role in preparing the hotel for reopening: building and inspiring teams, establishing new ways of working and ensuring every detail of the guest journey feels unmistakably Le Manoir. From the first welcome to the final farewell, you will help create experiences that feel intuitive, personal and deeply memorable.

We are looking for an accomplished luxury hospitality professional with significant operational leadership experience and a strong understanding of hotel operations. You may already be an established Hotel Manager, or an exceptional senior leader ready to take the next step in your career.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
