Hotel Night Receptionist – TRIBE Hotel, London

Job Description

What You’ll Do

  • Maintain a friendly, positive, and resilient attitude, even under pressure—solving challenges with enthusiasm.
  • Handle guest arrivals and departures efficiently, following all standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Address in-house guest requests and document feedback accurately.
  • Manage guest billing and financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and integrity at all times.
  • Verify room rates and pricing against website and selling strategy to avoid errors.
  • Handle telephone enquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Monitor guest safety and property while reducing security alerts to a minimum.
  • Report maintenance issues to relevant teams and confirm resolutions.
  • Keep public and back-of-house areas clean, well-maintained, and presentable.
  • Collaborate with all teams and partners to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
  • Ensure the Reception desk is always clean, tidy, and guest-friendly.
