We have an exciting opportunity within our Front Office team for a Night Manager, where you will be responsible for managing the night operations and ensuring the Front Office runs smoothly and efficiently whilst delivering exceptional guest experiences.

The Role

You Will Be

  • Serving as the Manager on Duty, overseeing all hotel operations during overnight
  • Ensuring the highest levels of hospitality and service are provided and promoting a welcoming environment for our guests
  • Handling guest enquiries and complaints professionally and resolving issues promptly and effectively
  • Co-ordinating the smooth transition of information from the Night team to the Day team
  • Ensuring the night audits are completed accurately
  • Overseeing the smooth running of financial related duties
  • Assisting with HR related activities including payroll and recruitment
  • Supporting and developing supervisors and team members
  • Ensuring the safety, security and wellbeing of our guests throughout the night

What do you need to apply?

We are looking for an experienced and confident Night Manager who is passionate about delivering exceptional guest service. You will have previous hotel or front office management experience with an understanding of night audit procedures and health and safety. You will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills and have a proactive approach to ensuring our guests have a safe, comfortable and memorable stay.
