The Role Outline: Your Shift at a Glance
As our Hotel Operations Manager, you are the operational anchor of the entire hotel. You will deputise for the General Manager, actively coaching the Heads of Department across Food & Beverage, Rooms, and Host teams, ensuring commercial targets are smashed without ever compromising on the guest experience.

Your Shift: What You’ll Actually Be Doing
As our Hotel Operations Manager, you are the engine of the shift. We trust you to handle:
The Commercial Engine:
- Driving the "Big 4" (food costs, wet margins, energy, and payroll).
- Flexing payroll to align with revenue, control stock processes, and avoid relying on intuition—instead tracking quantifiable application velocity metrics and KPIs to monitor your HODs' performance.
The People Leadership:
- Acting as the critical communication channel between the GM and the operational teams.
- Coaching, mentoring, and performance managing your HODs, fostering a culture where internal promotions from Team Leader level are the absolute norm.

- Influencing the team to deliver amazing hospitality, carrying out internal audits, and ensuring ReviewPro and Mystery Dining targets are living and breathing in every single department.
