We’re seeking a Hotel Performance Support Manager to join our team in Windsor, UK. This role supports hotels across Europe, IMEA and EAPAC, working closely with General Managers and leadership teams to drive hotel performance, improve guest satisfaction and support the successful adoption of IHG tools, processes and operational standards. Fluency in Italian, Spanish or Portuguese is highly desirable.
In this role, you’ll act as a trusted consultant to hotel leadership teams, helping them identify opportunities, solve operational challenges and improve key performance metrics. You’ll use data, insights and your hotel operations expertise to develop tailored performance strategies that help hotels achieve their goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the performance improvement of an assigned portfolio of hotels through tailored service strategies and performance plans.
- Facilitate virtual consulting sessions with General Managers and leadership teams.
- Analyse hotel performance data to identify opportunities, strengths and areas for improvement.
- Develop SMART action plans to improve operational and commercial performance.
- Promote the adoption of IHG tools, best practices, standards and initiatives.
- Support hotel teams with performance-impacting operational challenges.
- Build strong relationships with hotel leaders, Field Operations teams and key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Field Operations leaders to align support activities with business priorities.
- Support newly opened hotels in achieving successful ramp-up and operational success.
- Introduce and educate new General Managers on IHG tools, processes and performance metrics.

On a daily basis, you’ll play a critical role in helping hotels maximise performance, strengthen guest satisfaction and deliver exceptional results. Your expertise and guidance will directly influence the success of hotels across multiple regions, helping leaders turn insight into action and drive sustained business performance.
What We’re Looking For
- Excellent hospitality experience in hotel operations, training and/or commercial functions.
- Strong hotel operations background, ideally in a management or senior department leadership role.
- International hotel brand operations or commercial experience.
- Experience working across multiple hotels, projects or business priorities simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to influence and consult with senior stakeholders, including General Managers and owners.
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
- Deep understanding of hotel performance drivers and guest satisfaction metrics.
- Fluency in Italian, Spanish or Portuguese preferred.
- Self-motivated, performance-oriented and comfortable working independently.
