What you will be doing:
As a Receptionist, you will be working with our Front Office team to create and deliver an exceptional welcome experience for our guests.
You will be at the forefront of our operations, welcoming our guests as they come through our doors, demonstrating superb knowledge of all hotel services, facilities, and room categories to provide a personalised and tailored experience. You will be enrolling guests into our Loyalty Programme and will actively work with the team to achieve departmental targets.
We are looking for someone who is passionate, friendly, and very eager to learn, whether you are an experienced Receptionist or are new to the industry, we will provide you with all the trainings and tools to do and excel in your job.
