Part-Time Contract- 24 Hours (3 Days per Week)
Job Summary:
At INNSiDE, the receptionist is the first person to warmly welcome our guests, and therefore one of our most important assets. INNSiDERs are our local experts, who freely interact with guests to offer their insights and expertise on the best of the local neighbourhood. The receptionist provides an efficient and courteous service to guests, ensuring excellent customer care and intuition, anticipating our guests needs tailored to their stay.

What are we looking for?
- Experience in a similar role, ideally in a similar size hospitality environment
- Excellent and effective communicator, natural warmth and professionalism
- Problem solving and complaint handling skills
- Flexibility and adaptability
- Ability to use own initiative and work within department guidelines
