Receptionist
We are looking for a talented and passionate full-time Receptionist to join our Front Office team at the award-winning 5-Star Deluxe hotel – The Connaught.

The Role:
As our new Receptionist, you will be the first welcome and the last lasting impression to our guests. You will not be working just at any front desk but in the living room of Mayfair! Where cultured Londoners and discerning voyagers gather, and where every detail - your tone, your timing, your care will become part of our guests' stories.
Responsibilities:
- Passionate, motivated, welcoming and highly organised
- Well presented, excellent communication skills and a pleasant telephone manner
- Ability to work well under pressure and coordinate efficiently with other departments
- Good administration skills
- Work alongside a team that values warmth, anticipation, and craftsmanship
- Embody Maybourne’s commitment to putting people at our heart, staying two steps ahead, and making the magic happen

This is a full-time role requiring 40 hours per week.
