We're Hiring: Hotel Receptionist

Remote — United Kingdom

Full-Time

Level: Entry-Level / Junior / Associate

💰 Base Salary: £3,000+ per Month

Guaranteed base salary of £3,000+ per month, with potential for additional performance-based incentives.

We're looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Hotel Receptionist to support guest communication, reservations, customer service, and relationship management across the hospitality and travel sector.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, providing excellent customer experiences, handling enquiries, solving problems, and creating a welcoming environment for guests. You'll work in a fast-paced, collaborative, remote-first environment supporting customers throughout their hotel and travel experience.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Communicate with guests before, during, and after their hotel stay
  • Respond to guest enquiries and provide timely, professional assistance
  • Assist with booking, reservation, and accommodation-related enquiries
  • Handle guest requests, feedback, and service-related issues
  • Provide information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions
  • Help ensure a smooth and positive guest experience
  • Coordinate with internal teams and hospitality or travel partners
  • Maintain accurate guest records and communication
  • Follow up with guests to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Support guest loyalty and relationship-building initiatives

  • Entry-level, junior, or associate-level candidates are welcome
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Friendly, professional, and customer-oriented personality
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable communicating with customers remotely
  • Good attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Able to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Previous experience in hotel reception, hospitality, tourism, or customer service is a plus, but not essential

If you're passionate about hospitality, travel, customer service, and creating exceptional guest experiences, we'd love to hear from you.

Solid organizational and project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple programs simultaneously.

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders, partners, and community members.
  • Background or strong interest in computer science, technology education, or related fields, with awareness of current industry trends.
  • Experience in non-profit management, community organizing, or educational program development is highly beneficial.
  • Ability to work on-site in El Mansoura on a full-time basis and maintain a culture of inclusion, transparency, and accountability.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Management, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
