About The Role
Set in the heart of the forest, our 35-room hotel enjoys beautiful views across the heathland. We’re proud to offer a warm, welcoming experience for our guests—and we’re looking for someone who’ll help make every stay special.
Working five days out of seven, you’ll cover a mixture of early and late shifts. Early shifts start at 7:00 am, and late shifts start at approximately 2:30 pm. The role may also involve serving drinks and afternoon teas, so flexibility is important.

- Checking guests in and out and allocating rooms
- Carrying out room checks
- Communicating with all hotel departments
- Taking dinner and breakfast bookings
- Sharing your knowledge of the local area
- Helping serve drinks and afternoon teas when needed
About You
Ideally, you’ll have previous experience in a similar role and be familiar with Rezlynx. Just as important, you’ll be reliable, a supportive team player, and have a bubbly, outgoing personality with a genuine enjoyment of guest interaction.
