Hotel Receptionist - Day

Imperial London Hotels Group based at Holiday Inn Bloomsbury Hotel

£26,916.00 per annum Pro Rata + Benefits

40 hours a week (5 days out of 7 days weekly rota)

Shifts 07:30-16:00/ 11:30-20:00/ 13:00-21:30

We’re looking for a warm and welcoming individual to join our dedicated Front Office team at our hotel near Russell Square, central London. As a key member of our team, you'll play an essential role in ensuring our guests have a memorable stay.

What We’re Looking For

  • Professional proficiency in English
  • A natural flair for customer service
  • Team-oriented attitude
  • Positive and caring personality
  • Problem-solving abilities
  • Happy to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to work a varied shift pattern: early mornings, evenings, and weekends
  • Basic IT and office skills: familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, email etiquette, printing, scanning, and filing

Desirable

  • Experience in the hospitality sector
  • Proficiency in multiple languages
  • Knowledge of Opera PMS
