About The Job
- Lead end-to-end delivery of hotel refurbishment projects across the Marella Cruises fleet, from initial scoping through to final handover, ensuring we meet quality, timescale and budget parameters.
- Coordinate specialist resources and riding crews to ensure the right capability and readiness are in place to deliver approved refurbishment and maintenance works safely and effectively.
- Define and manage work scopes for riding team activity, ensuring labour, tools, materials and access arrangements support safe, efficient and right-first-time delivery.
- We'll trust you to manage the delivery of fleet signage works, coordinating with Product, Brand and operational teams to implement approved requirements to agreed standards.
- Deliver standardised hotel refurbishment materials, specifications and equipment across projects, ensuring the correct products are selected and applied consistently across the fleet.
- Maintain our approved materials and equipment library, keeping specifications current and ensuring vessel ordering remains aligned to approved requirements.

About You
- Maritime experience is essential - you'll have proven experience in marine design, hotel refurbishment or related trades within the maritime industry, with a solid understanding of the constraints and legislation involved in marine projects.
- Proven experience in planning and logistical support when managing contractor trades, with the ability to coordinate multiple moving parts effectively.
- You'll bring broad working knowledge of equipment and materials manufacturers and suppliers supporting the marine hotel refurbishment industry.
- We're looking for someone with a genuine interest in developing their expertise and applying it to enhance the customer product offering on Marella Cruises ships.
- Strong decision-making abilities and comfort with complete end-to-end ownership in a small, agile team environment where you can drive a new way of working.
