Role Description
The Hotel Sales Coordinator / Hotel Marketing Executive will support sales and marketing activities for hospitality-related initiatives, with a focus on promoting services and facilitating bookings and partnerships.
This part-time hybrid role is based in the London Area, United Kingdom, with a mix of on-site collaboration and some work-from-home flexibility.
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Coordinating sales enquiries
- Preparing proposals and contracts
- Maintaining client records
- Supporting the execution of promotional campaigns and events
The role involves:
- Responding to customer queries
- Liaising with hotel partners
- Assisting with market research
- Preparing reports on sales performance and occupancy trends

The coordinator will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations, timely communication, and consistent delivery of high-quality customer service.

Qualifications
- Strong sales-focused abilities, including Sales and Sales Coordination skills to manage enquiries, follow-ups, and bookings.
- Operational capabilities in Sales Operations to handle documentation, reporting, and coordination of sales processes.
- Customer-facing experience with Customer Service and Communication skills to engage clients and partners professionally.
- Familiarity with hospitality or hotel operations, including basic knowledge of room inventory, rate management, and promotions.
- Proficiency in office productivity tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, presentation software) and comfort using CRM or booking systems.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a part-time, hybrid work setting.
- Relevant education in business, hospitality, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders, with an inclusive and professional approach.
