Hotel Sales Co-ordinator

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Hotel Sales Assistant to join our team and help promote our hotel and facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote the hotel’s facilities, services, rooms and packages to potential customers.
  • Create and promote attractive hotel offers and special packages.
  • Add and update offers, promotions and relevant content on the hotel website.
  • Prepare and send email marketing campaigns and promotional offers to customers.
  • Respond to sales enquiries and help convert enquiries into bookings.
  • Support the hotel in increasing rooms bookings, events, dining and other revenue opportunities.
  • Work with the Front Office Operations Manager to ensure promotions are accurate, appealing and up to date.
  • Monitor customer response to promotions and identify opportunities to increase sales.

About You:

We are looking for someone who is:

  • Experienced in hotel sales, hospitality, tourism, marketing or a similar role.
  • Confident, friendly and commercially minded.
  • Comfortable promoting products and services to customers.
  • A good communicator with excellent written and verbal English.
  • Confident using websites, email marketing and social media.
  • Organized and able to manage multiple promotions and deadlines.
