Manhattan Loft Gardens (MLG), known as ‘London Sexiest Skyscraper’, is Europe’s most ambitious 42-storey skyscraper featuring 248 Loft apartments, a 145-bedroom hotel, three exclusive sky terraces, a breath-taking lobby bar and restaurant, a 7th level destination restaurant, mezzanine club and 4 event rooms. MLG is located within walking distance from Stratford International Station and Westfield Shopping Centre.

We are looking for a proactive and driven Sales Manager MICE to join our Team. Come join us!
What you’ll do…
Group & MICE Sales Handling (Core Focus)
- Manage and respond to group and MICE enquiries (rooms + events) in a timely and professional manner
- Prepare tailored proposals, quotations, and contracts for group bookings and events
- Convert enquiries into confirmed business, supporting revenue targets
- Coordinate all group requirements including bedroom blocks, meeting spaces, and F&B packages
- Ensure accurate input of all enquiries, bookings, and contracts into CRM systems
Sales Support & Business Development
- Support the team in prospecting new business opportunities across corporate, agency, and event segments
- Conduct research on target accounts and assist in building a sales pipeline
- Participate in sales calls, client meetings, and site inspections
- Assist in preparing presentations and proposals for new business pitches

Client Relationship Management
- Build strong day-to-day relationships with clients, agencies, and event planners
- Act as a first point of contact for group clients during the sales process
- Ensure client needs are understood and translated into suitable hotel solutions
- Support account managers in maintaining and growing key accounts
Event Coordination & Internal Communication
- Liaise closely with Events, Operations, and F&B teams to ensure seamless handover of confirmed business
- Attend internal meetings (e.g. function sheets, operations briefings) to ensure accuracy
- Support the coordination of site inspections and familiarisation visits
Reporting & Administration
- Maintain accurate sales activity records, group forecasts, and booking data
- Support weekly reporting on pipeline, conversions, and group performance
- Track enquiry volumes and conversion ratios to identify opportunities
- Assist in preparing sales reports and market insights
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Group conversion rate (enquiries → confirmed bookings)
- Group room nights and total event revenue
- Speed of response to enquiries
- Accuracy of proposals and booking data
- Client satisfaction and repeat business
What we are looking for…
- 1–2 years’ experience in hotel sales, events, or reservations (groups preferred)
- Experience in handling group bookings or event enquiries is a strong advantage
- Degree or diploma in Hospitality, Business, or related field preferred
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Excellent communication and client-facing abilities
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple enquiries
- Commercial mindset with interest in sales conversion
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
