Prime Life are on the lookout for passionate and dedicated care professionals to join our friendly team as a Hotel Services Manager.

The role will be based at Springhill Care Home, standing in four acres of landscape grounds with spectacular views of the surrounding Lancashire countryside. Springhill Care Home is a 107 bedded home providing luxury en-suite accommodation, personalised care and support for adults and older people with a wide range of specialist needs including dementia and end of life services.

Purpose of Job:

The Hotel Services Manager is responsible for leading and delivering high-quality non-clinical services within the home, ensuring a safe, welcoming, and hotel-standard environment for residents, relatives, and visitors.

The role is integral to achieving Prime Life Ltd’s vision of providing outstanding, person-centred care environments and supporting the organisation’s regulatory, operational, and commercial objectives.
