Hotel Services Manager

Lead. Inspire. Deliver Excellence.

We're looking for an experienced and motivated Hotel Services Manager to lead our housekeeping and laundry services. You'll play a key role in creating a clean, safe, and welcoming environment where residents feel truly at home.

The role will be based at Springhill Care Home in Accrington. The home is a 110 bedded home providing luxury en-suite accommodation, personalised care and support for adults with varied needs.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and manage the hotel's service teams across housekeeping and laundry.
  • Drive high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and customer service.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and infection control requirements.
  • Manage budgets, stock control, and supplier relationships.
  • Support and develop your team to deliver exceptional resident experiences.
  • Participate in the management on-call rota, providing out-of-hours support when required and responding to operational issues to ensure the smooth running of the home.
