- Participate in hotel's organisation and manage the Front of House and Food and Beverage Team
- Be readily available for the teams and hotel guests, and work with the Assistant Manager to ensure a high level of quality for all services
- Focus on quality and ensure guest satisfaction and loyalty through handling complaints and coming up with solutions, analysing and replying to guest's feedback.
- Administration responsibility with invoicing, cash operations and activity reports. Carry out inventories in compliance with administrative and financial procedures
- Are result-driven and understands what needs to be done in order to achieve the hotel goals
Our hotel offers 84 rooms, and puts you within easy reach of London's iconic attractions. Our hotel has recently been refurbished in charming, contemporary design with quirky touches throughout. Rooms are subtly inspired by the London Underground- look out for the surprising, playful touches that make this hotel special.
Understanding things from our guest’s perspective is key, so while you are settling into your new role we will arrange a one-night stay for you to experience this first hand.
Qualifications
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken (and a 2nd language would be a plus).
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills - A strong team player.
- Customer service experience
- Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities and the ability to lead by example.
- Creative, innovative, dynamic, result-oriented and self-motivated
- High organizational planning, follow-up, presentation and reporting skills
- Able to use Opera Cloud at an advanced level
- Must be legally eligible to work in UK. The hotel is unable to assist candidates in obtaining work authorization.

Salary: £15.59 per hour + Bonus
