Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What you’ll be doing

As the Programme Delivery Manager, you will own and maintain delivery plans for the full lifecycle Programme delivery, making sure it is aligned to business roadmaps, programme sequencing, and quarterly delivery cycles. Alongside this, you will lead delivery using agile and hybrid approaches whilst reporting internally to relevant stakeholders, the progress of the delivery against target.

You will act as the single point of accountability for delivery performance within the product stream as well as drive day-to-day delivery discipline, ensuring projects meet agreed scope, quality, and release standards. You will also be responsible for managing large scales budgets across different projects.

What you’ll need

  • Proven experience delivering complex transformation, technology and business change projects within large, multi-stakeholder environments.
  • Understanding and experience of critical project delivery disciplines: planning, dependency management, RAID, budget and business case, financial management governance, and reporting.
  • Experience delivering technology change into operational, customer-facing environments (e.g. hotels, retail, restaurants, multi-site estates).
  • Confidence working and managing within product-led delivery models, alongside programme and portfolio governance.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate, influence, and maintain delivery focus.
