Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

As written by the client:

This September I will be going to Chichester University to study Medieval History. I am an independent person who values having choice and control over my day-to-day life. I'm looking for a Personal Assistant (PA) who can support me to make the most of university life while respecting my independence. I appreciate someone who knows when to step in to help and when to take a step back, allowing me to do as much as I can for myself.

I want someone who can encourage me to step outside my comfort zone when appropriate while always respecting my choices and helping me remain as independent as possible.

I enjoy watching sports, particularly football. I'm also interested in history, and I'm hoping to explore this interest further while I'm at university. I'm keen to experience new activities and make the most of student life.
