House and Bars Supervisor
Heckfield Place is a beautifully restored hotel on a 400-acre farm in the county of Hampshire, just outside of London. We are currently looking for a House and Bars Supervisor to join our Team.
Position Responsibilities
- Overseeing the daily operation of the House and all Bars outlets.
- To be a team leader that inspires and nurtures the House and Bar team.
- Coach and train the Bartenders and House waiters to provide consistent service of the highest standards throughout the Bars, House and restaurants.
- Acting as a visible and engaged presence on the floor, the role ensures that service is delivered with precision, warmth and attention to detail, always aligning with the ethos of Heckfield Place.
- Facilitating all tasks such as amenities, picnics and lake bar set ups, ensuring they are all delivered on point.
