A unique and exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and highly creative florist at the renowned organic, 3,100-acre Daylesford Estate on the Gloucestershire/Oxfordshire border.
This is a hands-on role for someone with an exceptional eye for detail regarding flowers, their colour, conditioning and an instinctive understanding of how flowers should sit naturally within a Country House.

The House florist will work closely with the Estate Principals, key members of the household staff, plus the wider gardens and events teams, to ensure that the house is beautifully presented at all times, as well as creating arrangements for private entertaining and special events.
Applicants will ideally have a formal horticultural / floristry qualification with an exceptional knowledge of flowers, foliage & seasonality. They will require an appreciation of English Gardens and Country House interiors. The role requires experience of creating everything from small informal arrangements to large scale displays.
The Candidate must be professional, resourceful, creative, discreet and possess an exceptional eye for detail and be able to work independently and alongside the wider garden and household teams.
