About the Role
Provide direct support to young people, guide staff, and ensure therapeutic care, safety, and compliance.
This role includes 36 hours face-to-face support plus 2 hours administration weekly.

🫶 What You’ll Be Doing:
- Deliver trauma-informed care aligned to case and behaviour plans
- Oversee household operations including budgets, audits, and WHS
- Lead and coach Therapeutic Youth Workers to model best practice
- Support culturally safe care and connection to community and culture
- Ensure compliance with PSP, OCG standards, and governance frameworks

💼 What You’ll Bring:
- Diploma in Community Services (or related field)
- 2+ years working with young people in OOHC or residential care
- Knowledge of PSP, 10 Essential Elements, and child protection law
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and coaching skills
- Current unrestricted driver’s license and probity clearances
