Garvald West Linton is seeking a dedicated and compassionate House Manager to lead one of our residential houses supporting adults with learning disabilities.
This rewarding role offers the opportunity to create a warm, safe and nurturing home environment, while leading a dedicated team and ensuring residents receive high-quality, person-centred care. You will play a key role in promoting wellbeing, independence and community life in line with our values and ethos.

About You
- Experience supporting people with learning disabilities and supervising staff
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
- Organised, able to prioritise, manage budgets, and use IT systems
- Resilient, proactive, and confident supporting complex and challenging behaviour
Essentials
- SVQ 4 in Health and Social Care and/or Management and Leadership or other relevant qualification or a willingness to work towards
- Must hold a full and valid manual driving licence
